Here's a couple of my favorite green smoothies! They make a great breakfast.
Daily Green
Handful of red, lacinato or green kale
1 banana
1 apple
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
2 stalks organic celery (optional)
2 T chia seeds (optional)
Water
(Instead of frozen blueberries, use frozen pineapple, strawberries, etc)
Blend in vitamix or industrial strength blender & enjoy!
Honeydew Cooler
1 medium honeydew
1 head romaine lettuce
ice
Chop honeydew and blend, add romaine & ice and blend!
